The building is a landmark in Porto and serves as the headquarters for several luxury brands.
The interior design of this apartment stands out for its bespoke furniture, carefully chosen and designed to create an exclusive and cosmopolitan ambiance.
Spanning an area of 180 square meters, the apartment features a dining room with an open kitchen to enhance spaciousness and social interaction, a raised living area with a window resembling a Roman archway, and three suites with fully equipped private bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests with maximum privacy.
The decor combines classic pieces with Nordic-inspired designs, blending minimalism—a hallmark of Sabrab’s design identity—with elegance.
The layout was designed to maximize the natural light coming from Avenida dos Aliados, ensuring a bright and inviting atmosphere in all the main areas.
A visual balance was achieved through a harmonious use of materials and colors, with white, gray, and light green dominating the space.
To echo the Art Deco style from the building’s original era, plaster moldings were added, creating an intriguing contrast with the modern design elements.
Throughout the apartment, LED lighting is utilized in every room, and water-saving faucets with flow regulators ensure efficient resource consumption, aligning with sustainable design practices.
