Located in one of the most desirable areas, 300m from the beach, we have designed a house of 1000 square meters.

The basis of the project was the use of materials such as lime and cork plaster.

A unique house, with a swimming pool that has glass walls, in order to give light to the corridor on the ground floor, creating a unique atmosphere, of lights, reflections and feelings.

Inside the allotment it is discreet, as it was placed, at a lower level, in a unique game of slopes provided by the land.

Inside, from the underfloor heating, supported by energy-efficient heating equipment, also supported by photovoltaic panels, will create a special comfort, which is what you want from a house of this size.

One of the main features of the house is the opening of the openings to the inside of its walls, creating a genuine connection with the outside.

in terms of materials, we opted for Panoramah frames, green plaster from Diasen, and solid Nordic pine wood.
